Artwork and Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, or designs to us, you warrant that you have the legal right to use, reproduce, and distribute such materials. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jones Shirts & Signs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from intellectual property infringement related to the materials you provide.

Order Processing and Proofs

All custom orders require customer approval of a digital or physical proof before production begins. Once a proof is approved, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of the spelling, layout, and colors. We cannot accept returns on custom-printed merchandise unless there is a manufacturer defect or an error on our part that differs from the approved proof.

Pricing and Payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days. We require a deposit on all custom orders before production begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion or pickup.

Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed delivery dates. We strive to meet all deadlines but are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or backordered garments.
